RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Sample order policy,

Since all products are customized products. If you don't know if the product is installed properly. Please send a separate email to contact us for sample testing. Then buy in bulk.

 

Sample price will be more expensive. We offer free sample returns within 30 days of purchase You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Any sample shipping fees the customer will need to pay.

Any sample return restocking fees the customer will need to pay.

 

Bulk order Policy,

The validity period for returns of bulk orders is 30 days. We do not provide return service after more than 30 days. Free returns are not available for bulk order products. ( After sample order)

 

A, We will deduct 25% order operation fee. Maximum USD 500.

 

B Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

Send all items back to us using the label provided.
